Sling dehydrator high

Electricity question: there is an air conditioner outlet in our living room with the different shaped plug? - carry on air conditioner

Holes (I think it is a force of 220?)
Our head office is 110 volts, that is our old house was not updated and current.

Did they sell adapters that can connect a 110 volt made to this exit? in an old house like this, because this is not the conduct additional 110 volt or 220 if electricity is up to date?

I think air conditioning (a 110-volt outlet) has in the main, and wondered whether some kind of converter will allow me to do.
