Treating fin/tail rot with tri-sulfa tablets? - sulfer tablets internally

Living in Australia, unfortunately I could not keep maracyn 2, which I hear is a very effective treatment. virtually the only reliable treatment, I was able to get my hands on tri-antibiotic tablets Aqua Master. I have two quick questions;
